A- When you purchase or you have a product and you do QR scan only for the first time, in this case, we will share the location of the scanning process with the entity, the manufacturer, strategic partners, or third parties so that we can find out where you bought this product and in order to protect your rights as a consumer and protect the rights of the producing company.
B- When you use (FireCode) mobile application and during the QR scan process, our application collects some information about your location and the type of device that you are using or IP, we do not collect personal information about you or information belongs to you.
C- When you use (FireCode) site, we may collect some information which belongs to the users which is related to seeing this page, hours spent on (FireCode) website, the type of browser that you are using, IP address, as well as information that you have provided us with it, in order to know what the user like so that we can improve our services. All data collected and cannot be tracked individually, and we will not seek to do that, and this information will only be shared with the relevant accounting analysis.

Terms of use of (FireCode) application:-
The administration of (FireCode) application put a set of conditions in order to organize the dealing with the clients and the clients should abide to these conditions in order to be able to use our application and get its services which it provides because if any client violates one of the conditions of our application, he may expose himself to the ban from using our application services.
First: The registering conditions of (FireCode) application:-
1- The client must be at least 13 years old in order to be able to download our application.
2- The client must fully comply with the conditions which are mentioned on this page.
3- The client must allow our application to collect some information about him when he starts scanning QR codes.
Second: General conditions for (FireCode) application:-
1- As soon as the client downloads (FireCode) application, he must at first read the conditions which are mentioned on this page and abide by these conditions so that he can download our application and get the services it provides, because if the client does not agree of the terms of our application. It is forbidden for him to download our application or even use the services that are provided by the application.

How it works:
1- Open the application and scan the QR that belongs to the printed (FireCode) or scan which is pasted on the product or inserted into the package.
2- (FireCode) will recognize the product and confirm its authenticity, through a confirmation message or a short film or a picture or guidance about the product (it will appear automatically).
3- Once the confirmation message appears, you will save the application automatically in the favorites, and you can reopen it from the favorites whenever you want according to the specified duration of each product.
4- We save your rights by our application.
5- If the product contains a warranty certificate, the duration of the content in the favorites is often similar to the duration of the warranty certificate, and you can download the certificate and save it anywhere else on your device.
6. Some products may contain gifts and discounts.
7- If no product information appears, or a warning message will appear, this means that the product is no longer under (FireCode) protection.
